What is Nerd?
According to inventor Vinicio Montes, “I made NERD to help me study, take exams, and stay awake in class.”
While taking 17 college credits, working 40-50 hours a week, and studying for the MCAT, University of Texas (UTSA) student Vinicio Montes had trouble balancing his workload, which would often take him deep into late night hours at the school library. Montes began formulating NERD in his apartment to help him study.
